Ignite the Fire!

 1. Discipleship Training - We concentrate on Biblical centered studies for training and equipping the Believer. Discipleship is essential for not only church growth, but the expansion of the Kingdom of God. ITF developed an in-house discipleship program called - Becoming a Disciple of Jesus. This is a 13-month Bible intensive program.  The Texas University of Theology (TXUT) has endorsed this program. Students who successfully complete the 60-hour training will be awarded two years of advanced placement (up to the bachelor's level).   

2. Evangelistic Outreach - We spend a great deal of time traveling the country and other countries delivering the Word of God. Raising up the body of believers to reach their full potential for the glory of God the Father.  We focus on speaking LIFE and FIRE into the hearts and minds of believers. 

3. Training Leaders - Through sound Biblical teaching we help those who want to lead or are already leading to become fire starters. We help with all aspects of leading and body of believers from discipleship material to use for teaching, sermon writing, public speaking techniques, leading youth, etc.  ITF launched the ITF School of Ministry to help with the process of leadership development.    

 About Dr Kenneth Holder 

Dr Kenneth Holder is an evangelist, pastor, professor and author who resides in Seguin Texas and is a graduate of Texas University of Theology (TXUT/Dallas) where he received his Doctor of Philosophy in Theological Studies (PhD), Dr Holder launched two affiliate campuses for TXUT in Gonzales and San Antonio TX. Dr Holder has spent over 15 years in the deliverance ministry, he's an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus through the Messianic Church and has spent time in several church related roles - Associate/Executive and Senior Pastor positions.  Dr Holder has traveled the country and throughout several other countries teaching and equipping the body of believers and ministering to various leaders and pastors.  Dr Holder founded Ignite the Fire Ministries in 2014, and the ITF School of Ministry in 2022. Along with launching the ministry he also spent time writing his first book called Spiritual Warfare and Discipleship Training which was published by WestBow Press. Dr Holder released his 2nd published book, Becoming a Disciple of Jesus in mid 2023, this textbook is being used to disciple the body of believers. 

Dr Holder gave his life to Jesus in September of 2001 at Community Bible Church in San Antonio TX. Dr Holder has been married since 1999 to Christina; they have 5 wonderful children, two grandchildren, and three daughters-in-law. 

 The partnership between Ignite the Fire Ministries (ITF) and the School of Kingdom Equipping (SOKE) has profoundly enriched both ministries by creating a powerful blend of strong biblical teaching and a deep reliance on the guidance of the Holy Spirit. ITF brings a legacy of sound doctrine, scriptural integrity, and passionate preaching that lays a solid theological foundation for believers. Participants are encouraged to not only learn about God but to encounter Him personally—learning to hear His voice, move in the prophetic, pray with power, and operate in their spiritual gifts. The environment nurtured by SOKE invites boldness, freedom, and a willingness to step out in faith, allowing students to practically apply what they’ve learned in real-time under the Holy Spirit’s direction.

Together, this partnership bridges the often-separated worlds of knowledge and experience. It ensures that growth in biblical literacy does not come at the expense of spiritual vitality, and that spiritual zeal is always anchored in the truth of Scripture. As a result, participants in both programs are not only informed but transformed—equipped to minister with wisdom and power. The synergy between ITF and SOKE models what it means to be a mature, Spirit-filled believer: one who walks in truth, hears from God, ministers with authority, and lives out their calling with both confidence and humility. This unity of purpose strengthens the Body of Christ and furthers the Kingdom of God in a tangible, lasting way.
